We just walked in to browse and ended up buying a few things because David's service and advice was impeccable, showing us items that suited our needs at very good prices. We saved alot of money and leg work. We will be back.

I went into this store looking at GPS units. I was helped by Sam who directed me to a Tom Tom XL250 that was on special, steering me away from more expensive units that had features that I would never use. He provided me with an information sheet on 2 units, one for the XL250, another for a far more expensive unit because I wanted to compare the features. Again, he showed me all the features on the more expensive unit that I would never use and recommended the cheaper, XL250. I did more research on-line and found his advice was absolutely spot on and he saved me $150. Fantastic job Sam! Other staff members on other occasions have also been more than helpful and they have never tried to up sell me a product I don't need. They have always found out what I need and will give me the cheapest product that will perform to the standards I require.
