Warrick will go above and beyond to provide you the service you seek. He won't tell you crap and convince you to buy something you don't need. His prices are pretty reasonable and he's always great for a chat.

This review is for T2 Tea, Robina QLD

If I could, I would live in this store, every time I enter this amazing store, I feel an instant calm and enjoy the ambience and trying all the different teas, both iced and hot.
All the staff are fantastic and I love talking to them all, Brittany, Sean, Kirsty, Bec, Sarah and Bobby are incredible. They all make everyone who enters the store feel welcome and at home and the tea bar makes really excellent tea, prepared fresh on the spot or pick up one of the iced teas made on site and bottled every morning.
So many different types of teas to choose from and all the accessories, jugs, tea pots, strainers, you name it, they have it and if they don't have it, you don't need it.
Go in, try the teas, speak with the staff and you will feel better for it.

Every time I go into this store, I know I'm going to walk out with something, whether it be DVD's, or a cable or two for either my musical instruments or something else.
The staff are excellent, especially Trent, who is friendly, down to earth and won't tell you crap and try to sell you something you don't need.
Thanks to Trent, we purchased a brand new washing machine and had it delivered and installed, the level of service was above and beyond all expectations.
Trent also helped configure a guitar package for my eldest son that was far better quality and in the long run, cheaper than the packaged deal for sale.
Trent is definitely the go to guy for me and my family, that said, I have not come across a staff member who isn't worth dealing with, although some of them do dress rather poorly and it is a bit unprofessional when someone shoddy looking comes up asking if they can help you.

Every time I go into this store, whether it be with questions about games, platforms or otherwise, the staff are more than helpful, especially Alana, who in my opinion is one of the most knowledgeable and approachable people I have ever had the pleasure to meet when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend this store, and Alana, whenever it comes to seeking information, games or consoles.

See Todd and Maddy for all your role playing game needs from Dungeons and Dragons to card games like Magic. Play D&D in the store on Wednesday nights and Magic on Friday nights. Todd and Maddy make all levels of players feel welcome and their passion is evident with every customer being treated special. I highly recommend this store to everyone looking for a role playing location and get reasonably priced collectables too.

This review is for Pacific Bowmen Archery Club, Reedy Creek QLD

verified email - 19 Nov 2013

Pacific Bowmen Archery Club offers a Beginner's Archery Course, introducing people to the wonderful sport of Field Archery.
The course costs $125 for individuals or $105 per person for a family group. Included in the price is 12 months membership to the club, a club shirt and lunch on the Saturday. Bottled water is provided all day. All bows and other archery equipment supplied too.
The course starts about 8am and finishes about 4pm and all the coaches are fully qualified.
After doing the course you still need to join the Australian Bowhunters Association but when it comes to value for money, this course is brilliant.
The course is limited to a maximum of 14 people and is only run once a month so bookings are essential and there usually is a waiting list of a few months.
Courses are generally run from February to November and for the first time this year, December.

This review is for Donut King, Robina QLD

Over the past 2 years, we have purchased donut cakes from here. The kids don't want any other type of cake, always looking forward to a barrage of donuts making up a donut cake.
The staff at Donut King have never let us down with making a cake special, whether it be for one of my boys or one of my girls. Each cake has that unique touch.

I purchased a brand new Yamaha 6335A Trumpet at an unbelievably low price. The horn is fantastic and the service by Rob was second to none. Rob took the time to let me play the horn for a bit and get a feel for it with a few different mutes before I bought a mute and stand too.
The shop itself is only small but good things do indeed come in small packages. When it comes to brass, I won't be going anywhere else.

This review is for Reedy Creek Medical and Acupuncture Centre, Reedy Creek QLD

Dr Po and Dr Lim are brilliant and now they do acupuncture and can offer that extra service to ensure you get better quicker.

All bulk billed.

They also have now a pathology area, giving patients a quicker response time for tests without the need to travel somewhere else to get the tests done.

The reception staff are always friendly and efficient.

I've been to Dr Justin before and found him brilliant so there was no hesitation in taking my new kitten to him for a check up and his first lot of injections.
Dr Justin gave little Raphael a thorough examination and immediately won the trust of my little kitten. Once again, providing excellent advise on integrating Raphael into the house with our already existing 7yo cat.
I have been recommending Dr Justin to everyone with pets.
