My son has been attending the center for a few months and my daughter started last week and the girls there were fantastic, they made my kids feel very welcome and relaxed,
then the new owners took over and all of a sudden 3 of the girls are gone and I'm one of MANY parents that aren't happy about this, I'm not saying the girls that are still there aren't good, they are fantastic its just the manner in which the girls left after apparent cost cutting, that has myself and may other parent unhappy it shows a complete lack of respect for the carers, the children and their families, there was no notification to parents or anything just get in monday morning to discover that they wont be back Many children are understandably upset as they weren't even given the opportunity to say goodbye to the girls leaving,
I'm currently looking for another center to send my kids to as respect and communication should be high on their list of priorities

We have been using this childcare centre since it opened in 6 years ago, our 1st son was it's very first enrollment on their open day. It has changed names a couple of times, however the care of the children has not changed at all. The same manager has been managing the centre since day 1 and is absolutely fantastic. It is only a 2 room centre, babies/toddlers and 3 - 5 years kinder room. It means the children all get a better care, more focused learning experience and don't get lost in the "system" like they do in big centres (as I experienced with my daughter 15 yrs ago). The staff are all very experienced, are all absolutely fantastic, all make each child feel special and all the kids love them to bits.
