My son has been attending the center for a few months and my daughter started last week and the girls there were fantastic, they made my kids feel very welcome and relaxed,
then the new owners took over and all of a sudden 3 of the girls are gone and I'm one of MANY parents that aren't happy about this, I'm not saying the girls that are still there aren't good, they are fantastic its just the manner in which the girls left after apparent cost cutting, that has myself and may other parent unhappy it shows a complete lack of respect for the carers, the children and their families, there was no notification to parents or anything just get in monday morning to discover that they wont be back Many children are understandably upset as they weren't even given the opportunity to say goodbye to the girls leaving,
I'm currently looking for another center to send my kids to as respect and communication should be high on their list of priorities

WE went on a sat night and were surprised at how quickly we were seated, once seated they told us they only had wine glasses for us to use for our drink, even though we weren't drinking wine, the entree came out pretty quickly but then it was another 40 mins before the main came out.Once we did get out meal they were pretty good although the steak and cashew was not cooked long enough.
The fishtank was half empty and dirty which really dissapointed my kids :(
Over all doubt i would drive 20 mins to go there aain

We rented a house through Them for just over 2 years, they changed our property manager and didn't tell us when we asked for something to be fixed it never was, then they sent us a letter saying we were $900 behind in our rent ( which we weren't cause i had all the receipts) then when i rang them about it they said they would look into it and get back to us and never did then we decided to move and it took them nearly 6 weeks to give us the bond back which only happened after we rang them every day for a week asking why it was taking so long they also tried to deduct money from the bond saying the garderns were in poor condition, but we discovered they had not done the inspection till 3 weeks after we handed the keys back,
Very dissapointing

I had a interstate family law case going on for over 2 years now and i don't know if it is the lawyers or the courts that are dragging it on this long it takes up to a week for information about our case and they never give you a definite answer to anything you ask. then when our case was finalised i called them to let them know i would be collecting my file and when i would be there they said that ws fine, when i got there the file was not ready and i had to wait

When we first arrived after booking a cabin 2 weeks earlier they told us we couldn't have the keys till 1pm this was at 10 am, so we went back at 1 pm and they they had gives us the wrong cabin we had booked a 2 bed room they gave us a 1 bed room, finaly we got the right cabin and i had told them that we would be there aprox 4 weeks if it was going to be more or less i would let them know after 3 week they rang me and said thay we had to had back the keys by 10am as they had rented the cabin to someone else and had no more cabins available to put us into so we had to find some where else to stay for the next week

When we got there we were seated almost imediately whih was surprising cause it was a Saturday night then as soon aw we were ready they took our order, with how busy they were our food came out pretty quickly and the serving sizes were great the food tasted fantastic and the prices were pretty reasonable

i was a bit scared getting my first tattoo no knowing what to expect but the staff here were great and made me feel very comfortable, After my tattoo was finished i was amazed at the result it was fantastic went back a few weeks latter to get it touched up and now 5 years later it still looks great

It took close to 5 minutes before they even took our order then they stood around talking about inappropriate things while preparing our order, when we recieved our order it was basicaly thrown together and cold when i asked to speak to the manager i was refered to a person who looked barely old enough to drive let alone be manager and they didnt help anyway

Went there a few times cause i couldnt get in to my usual doctor then was refered to one of the drs when i was pregnant with my second child the drs ware always running late with appointments sometimes up to 1 1/2 hour and they when you did get in to see they they were in a rush to get you back out the door im not going there again

Unbeliveable range great tasting, very clean store and most of all the donuts were extreemly fresh we went in one night and ordered they said we could have the ones that were in the display case or wait a few minutes and have the ones that they were just finishing so they would still be warm absolutly delicious
