From my youth, one of my favourite dishes of all time is the Wonton Soup, a bit of greens, but definitely no noodles. It's great to find a place which does this perfectly. The wontons are always made fresh (definitely never frozen), packed with pork and shrimp. At the time of writing its $6.90 for 4 wontons, or $8.90 for six wontons.

I have tried the fried rice and other dishes, but honestly they are beyond a rip off. I could eat three of the fried rice dishes, at about $13 a pop.

In terms of quality Din Tai Fung competes with the local fair around the casino. Service is very quick, so punters can head back up the Casino and continue gambling. If it wasn't for the Wonton Soup - I would give this place a miss due to quantity and price.

Approximate cost: $13.50

The restraunt is a franchise that's is windely known , even in china. this restraunt also is in star city and offeres chinese cuisine. The restraunts food is quite elegant to look at aswell as tasty to eat. But the price does not come cheap with the amount of food that is offered. So I would recommend another store in Hurstville, Called "Taste of Shanghai" the store is way better cheaper, tasty, quick service. So go there and compare which is better.

One of the Best dumplings I have had and one of the best restaurant at Sydney Casino. Also very tasty Xiaolongbao that you can not miss out. This place is fast and clean and have long queue at most of time. the price is a bit high.

I love this restaurant. Best dumplings, the service is great and they make it work well because it is so popular. I love the shallot pancakes and any dumpling is yum.

Food outlet at Star City's new "upmarket" food court. This is a franchise of the famous Din Tai Fung. You order your food and are given a buzzer to collect when ready. Only tried the dumplings, but there is also rice and noodle dishes. The dumplings were wonderful, silky dough and nice filling in a little broth (remember the broth before you bite in!). Lots of sauces and packets of ginger to accompany made them delicious.
I ordered 3 lots of dumplings and it was less than $20
