Dishonesty and poor customer service.
We ordered a pool value online and rang before hand to make sure they had it in stock. It took them 9days to dispatch. We rang to query the delay and received endless excuses about backlogs and the time of year. A request to speak to the manager Mark was declined as he was ‘very busy’. We were told to email him. We received a response a few days later avoiding the issue and focusing on Australia Post delivery time.
Customer service and communication doesn’t exist. Give this company the flick. There are better online companies. We only used this company for the first time because they supposedly had the particular item in stock. It was actually dearer than other companies but available.
Should have read all the negative reviews on the internet before we ordered. Buyers beware!

Easy payment and checkout process, my order was placed on a Tuesday and by Friday lunchtime I received my delivery! Pleasure to do business with this company!

Fantastic Service and Price.
Thanks for the great service. Ordered a chlorinator on Tuesday arrived in Brisbane Friday morning. Quotes as high as $1500 a low of $1000. Bought on line with postage included at $795. I would love to shop locally in Brisbane but DIRECT POOL SUPPLIES is now "my local supplier"!

Not good is an under statement.

I ordered from Direct Pool Supplies as I had not heard of them and the reviews on their website seemed very positive.

I ordered on a Monday at 9am. On the Thursday, I had not been sent a shipping confirmation so I chased them up. They told me they had been extremelly busy and they advised me that the order would ship the next day. The following Thursday I chased them up as I had not received anything from them nor had I received a shipping confirmation. They called me up and told me that they had been advised that the item had been shipped that day.

I asked to speak to the person that advised me it was going to be shipped the prior Friday. I was told he was not available so I asked if he could call me. I was told that it would be unlikely for the person to call me as they were too busy. I told them he better call me and they hung up on me.

Direct Pool Supplies is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They are liars, unprofessional and rude.

So much for giving a business like this a go. I will stick to my local pool shop from now on.

Found these guys on the internet when looking for cheaper spa chemicals. Price was better than most and as they only deal with pool products, their help setting up the spa regime was great. If you ask a question online their response is very quick and straightforward.
A pleasure to do business with!

We have purchase a dry cell and replacement parts for the Barracuda through Direct Pool Supplies and have been amazed at the value and service. On the dry cell we contacted several pool maintenance companies on the coast and all we nearly double the amount quoted by Direct including freight. Our queries are always answered immediately by email and the goods dispatched that day. The delivery always arrives the next day. Great value and service. Cannot recommend higher.
