I ordered a number of items from epools.com.au

This was after a bad experience with Direct Pool Supplies (order not received after 2 weeks despite being promised it would be shipped the week prior and them hanging up on me after I made further enquiries).

The experience with epools.com.au could not have been better. Efficient, timely and very reasonable priced.

Keep up the good work!!

Not good is an under statement.

I ordered from Direct Pool Supplies as I had not heard of them and the reviews on their website seemed very positive.

I ordered on a Monday at 9am. On the Thursday, I had not been sent a shipping confirmation so I chased them up. They told me they had been extremelly busy and they advised me that the order would ship the next day. The following Thursday I chased them up as I had not received anything from them nor had I received a shipping confirmation. They called me up and told me that they had been advised that the item had been shipped that day.

I asked to speak to the person that advised me it was going to be shipped the prior Friday. I was told he was not available so I asked if he could call me. I was told that it would be unlikely for the person to call me as they were too busy. I told them he better call me and they hung up on me.

Direct Pool Supplies is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They are liars, unprofessional and rude.

So much for giving a business like this a go. I will stick to my local pool shop from now on.
