I called this service to seal a very slow leak from the pipe at the back on my toilet. A young man arrived to inspect the toilet. His supervisor was then called in to inspect the issue. Instead of fixing the issue at hand, he spent his time inspecting another slow leak from the toilet tank in to the toilet bowl. I had to convince this guy to actually fix the issue that I had called him to resolve, instead of upselling me to fit an entirely new toilet. When I asked if he had a new toilet on hand to make the replacement, he replied no and would not provide a quote. Shortly after they had left, I put in a quote online for a replacement. I received a very brief call back almost immediately, but still no follow up quote. The sealant job on the leak is not professional and the leak from the tank in to the bowl is significantly worse than it was prior to their visit. The $0 call out fee on their website was not honoured. The marketing discounts advertised on their website and fridge magnet were also not honoured. I'm not actually sure what I have paid for...

Zero stars. Cost over $400. Drain is still blocked. The attending plumber was more concerned about getting his shoes dirty than fixing the blockage. This company is NOT recommended. Blocked drain cleared by another company next day in 15 min (at far less cost)

Arranged for a plumber to attend to review work that needed to be actioned. No communication and no plumber 3 hours later.
Advertises no call out fee, I was informed that there is now a $40.00 call out fee. Good communication = a good business, poor communication = a failing business

I guess I am paying for the prompt service as I was charged $385 to have the toilet cistern inlet valve be replaced, very similar part (maybe the same) at Bunnings priced at $20.55. The tube and tap that connecting to the wall is $185, total bill $570.

Quick and efficient service, rescuing my wife’s earring

Sam has called back after he had missed my call, he advised while still on the phone as to what he thought the problem might have been and how he can fix it, asks me to send him a pic of the faulty tap and quotes me a reasonable rate. It was the weekend. Surely enough it was exactly the same problem as what he mentioned. He then comes down within a short time and replaces the tap. Problem now solved and we did not have to wait having the water main turned off and with no water in our bathrooms and kitchen all evening and overnight until the next day. Sam has provided a prompt, quality service for a very reasonable rate even on the weekend. Very happy and grateful. Strongly recommended.
