Advertises no call out fee, I was informed that there is now a $40.00 call out fee. Good communication = a good business, poor communication = a failing business
I guess I am paying for the prompt service as I was charged $385 to have the toilet cistern inlet valve be replaced, very similar part (maybe the same) at Bunnings priced at $20.55. The tube and tap that connecting to the wall is $185, total bill $570.

We also did Supply and install for you a brand new garden tap valued at $220.00 for FREE.
We charge a fixed price per job and the price was agreed upon before works commenced.
The works involved were for completely disconnecting and removing the cistern to then supply and install a new the inlet valve ,water valve and flexy hose for the toilet cistern and then reconnecting and installing the cistern back to the toilet bowl as well as testing and commissioning everything is in working order.
