We have recently installed a new electric oven that didn't quite fit. Andrew came in on the same day and explained exactly what he would do and could come in the next day.

Andrew promises punctuality, honesty and reliability and he delivers in spades. Having waited 4 days for another Bayside plumber to turn up, I used womo to try and locate an alternative. I rang Andrew and he arrived within the hour, dealt with the problem immediately and offered advice about dealing with the insurance claim. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Originally, I had called another plumber we had used at a previous house then waited one week for him to turn up before I gave up, went on WOMOW and found Andrew. I called Andrew on a Saturday afternoon fully expecting it would be another few days before our leaking toilet could be fixed. We were very pleasantly surprised when Andrew said he was able to come out within the hour. He was able to fix a problem that was much more complicated than expected, all without making a big deal about it, he explained things as he went and cleaned up afterwards. Andrew came to relight An old hot water service that needed the pilot light relighted. He explained everything he did was quite up front with regards to the ailing unit itself, was punctual and very reasonable. Andrew came out to fix our aging and ailing toilet, which wouldn't stop running. He sorted the problem quickly and had the parts to fix it with him, which was a bonus. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and didn't suggest that we needed a whole new toilet like another plumber I'd called.
