I use to get my car serviced at DJ Nissan regularly but no longer use them after a number of disappointing experiences.

On one occasion when I was getting something simple fixed, what should have taken a day took them a week! They had to order a part in and didn't do that early enough, then they broke the replacement part and had to order another one, they had problems with their mechanic turning up, and on and on the problems went.
As this was our only car, we were very annoyed. Eventually they let us borrow one of their cars, but we had to drop it back each morning and pick it up each afternoon as they needed it during the day. Hassle!
