I wouldn’t recommend these movers to anybody, firstly one of the movers did not speak or understand English, which was considerably difficult in being able to communicate which room the furniture needed to be placed in hence why we done a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves.
Significant damages on several pieces of furniture for example my brand new corner lounge bought 1 month before moving, now has a long black mark on the back of it which was hidden when placed in the new house. Fire pit now has a massive hole in it which was also hidden in the back yard out of view. Several furniture pieces have significant scratches that were not there before. I specifically told the two men who were moving my belongings to only fill the truck with the bigger items as the boxes etc we would move in our cars, this was to save on moving costs and then we would only need the movers for two hours costing us $500 but of course just another thing that they did not listen to as my son needed to call me to tell me the movers had said there will have to be two trips as they couldn’t fit everything on the truck as they had put all the boxes ( which they were not supposed to touch ) on the truck. So to sum up everything, what was supposed to be 2 hrs for $500 ended up being 7.5 hrs and $1400. Numerous damaged items and an extremely stressful move.
Will never hire again or recommend these guys to anyone.
I’ve moved from Sydney to Queensland with other movers and did not have one issue, but these guys couldn’t even move me 20 mins away without having nothing but issues.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service and found them to be sneaky to get extra money and hiding damages.
I only gave 1 star as 0 is not an option.

The team handled the logistics of moving a larger household with ease, ensuring all our belongings, big and small, were carefully packed and transported without a hitch. What a fabulous team and company. From initial contact to move day Lucas and his wonderful colleague were fantastic, so careful and professional. I would highly recommend DNS Removalist they were fantastic, quick, courteous, friendly, I was so happy with them. It’s the 2nd time I’ve used them and will use them again for any other removalist job I have in the future.
The price was more than reasonable and was happy to pay them.

My $600 dresser was dropped off the truck as the first job of the day, snapping the leg. Denis guilted me into accepting what ended up being a $3 fix (brackets that were screwed into the base). The paint has been scraped off all sides of the top and one corner has a chip. He said that I would only get $100 back after he put in insurance, and now that would have been a better fix than what was done. He didn’t offer to get out someone that was professional to fix it properly and now it will end up breaking again. Clearly he thinks our business was only worth a quick $3 fix instead of getting a professional out to fix a mistake they made. Yes, it was a mistake, however they are supposed to have insurance to back their mistakes. That did not happen here!!

They also broke my washing machine hose which I found out the hard way, because it ended up flooding my laundry. One of the lads came back and offered to replace it for me and I put my foot down and said it was at their cost, not mine because they broke it.

The whole job costed me $1020 and my husband moved all of the boxes the previous day. Whilst the lads were nice, they moved slow and ended up costing me a fortune. They unscrewed the beds all by hand and not using electric screwdriver which made them take a lot longer and costing me more.

I will do a better job researching next time and hire a professional and reputable company. This has left us broke, embarrassed and angry.

I give 1 star because at least the lads were friendly.

Huge house move, into an apartment! 10 hours, these 3 guys never stopped! Great team work. I kept them going with coffee and ice cream paddle pops! All arrived in great condition. Thank you so much.
