DoDoMi Korean Restaurant

it was a nice restaurant which is good location & reasonable price but pity that it was closed down already when i wanna go there again

Really nice authentic Korean restaurant, they honestly serve some of the best food I have ever tried! this I my most favourite place. The restaurant itself is big and spacious, as well they have great customer service and great prices! I wish I could eat here everyday

While the decor does not reflect great ambience, the Korean style seats were a bit of a novelty. Friend suggested kimchi pork or beef. The meat was overcooked and a bit tough. The kimchi flavor also didn't appeal greatly. Came with some side dishes which is the norm for Korean restaurants. These were rather mediocre - seaweed, pasta and more kimchi.

We decided to try a new Korean restaurant so went to DoDoMi at South Brisbane. Nice big restaurant with plenty of room. Staff were very friendly and the menu looked interesting. We ordered a few dishes (japche, cod hot pot, pancake, and the silk worm soup .......) The last one was just for a bit of a laugh. The other dishes were ok except for the cod hotpot was less than average, the fish was overcooked and tough like it had been frozen. All in all the food was a little disappointing.

Afterwards we got some coffees and sweets, which turned out to be the highlight. The creme brulee and the panna cotta for both terrific.

PS order he silk worms at your own risk, certain was worth a laugh, but very weird.

good service, good food, comfortable environment. what more could i ask for!!! their korean fried chicken is really good! and their hotpot was not bad too.. plus one free korean pancake for each person!
