They lost my dog!!! Thankfully a kind man found her 12Kms away. Doncaster to Bulleen, lucky she was not hit by a car.
We still have not been refunded our payment, nor will they reimburse our accommodation we could not use (as we came home to look for her), or the reward we paid to the man that found her. It has been 3 weeks now and they will not answer our phone calls. Not good business and obviously very unreliable.
