Personal approach to a trainer who unknowing to us, gave incorrect information. We then applied to train two dogs with a $100 deposit, requesting a specific class. We were booked into a different class without any communication. Only communication was when we queried when we were to commence training. Company Director was loud, bullying and refusing to comply with our requirements. Then when a refund was requested because she could not provide the service we wanted, she stated they don't give them, further stating we could complain and hung up. We had been recommended by friends who stated they were a good company. Don't know what went wrong.
