Greeted by friendly owner and staff for breakfast and at all other times as well. Dean, the owner of the cafe is very attentive to customers and gives good advice on the coffee and menu. Full menu with fresh ingredients.

Today we had vegetarian omelet and banana bread stack. Both were absolutely fantastic! Coffee is sensational and the best around as is the hot chocolate. Especially the mint one.

It is my new favourite place to go. I did want to keep it a secret, but it's popular already. I've taken friends there and they love it.

Only down side is that it is a bit small for the number of customers it gets.

Attended on time within 24 hours for a non-urgent call. Diagnosed problem with a dryer and solved it quickly as well as dealing with a leaking washing machine. Efficient, prompt, and friendly service as well as giving advice. All of this was at a very reasonable cost. We took extra business cards for our neighbours because we were really impressed with Dave's service.

After trying a couple of groomers for our Kerry Blue Terriers - bad cuts and 'no, we don't do them' - we discovered Petarazzi at Thornbury. The owner, Greg ,who used to breed and show Kerries was a bundle of knowledge and enthusiasm. The groomer, Kylie cut the hair in the correct shape for Kerries and will improve as they grow into the style which was not achieved by other groomers. Greg provided great health and ownership tips. They are open over the weekend but closed on Mondays. In our visits there have always been plenty of customers. It appears that they have may have been in High Street, Northcote before moving to their current location. Clean and a good range of reasonably priced products. For us, this has been a magnificent find and a bonus to meet two lovely people who genuinely care about our dogs as much as we do.

Personal approach to a trainer who unknowing to us, gave incorrect information. We then applied to train two dogs with a $100 deposit, requesting a specific class. We were booked into a different class without any communication. Only communication was when we queried when we were to commence training. Company Director was loud, bullying and refusing to comply with our requirements. Then when a refund was requested because she could not provide the service we wanted, she stated they don't give them, further stating we could complain and hung up. We had been recommended by friends who stated they were a good company. Don't know what went wrong.

Good family restaurant with friendly staff who offer good advice regarding the menu and choices. Not a long wait for meals with attentive staff during our visit. Food was very tasty with Texas Nachos being a big hit, on this and the next visit with 3 teenage boys. Just tried 3 Mexican restaurants in Coolangatta which were very disappointing, not even close to Panchos. We have been spoilt during our 2 visits.
