Experienced trainers that changed my dog's life. My dog was able to stop taking anxiety medication and the progress he has made has been unbelievable. A big thank you to Aline and the team!

I paid $350 upfront for 8 weeks of reactive dog training. I only attended two classes and they have now cancelled all remaining classes stating that “ Therefore, due to unforeseen & ongoing weather delays, work, family and personal commitments of our current trainers, we are unable to sustain the workload of booked classes to meet you or your dog’s ongoing needs at this stage.” They have initially repeatedly refused to give me a refund for the remaining classes, and once I threatened legal action they stated they would pay a refund but now are unreachable.

Took my money, classes cancelled, no refund.
I booked my dog in for the 8 Week Reactive classes for $350. After our first class, I found out via a Facebook post that all classes were postponed indefinitely.
I had to reach out to them directly as they hadn’t had the courtesy to notify those of us who were going to be affected.
The business owner is tragically in hospital in a coma and while I can most definitely sympathise with the situation, I am appalled at the lack of measures they have in place to ensure continuity of business.
No one but the lady who is in hospital can process a refund and there is no expected timeframe for her to wake up and have enough cognitive function to return our money.
There is a team of people who work for Dogiology who are fundraising money for the owner, however I find it strange that those of us who are owed money from this business are not seeing any of it.
Given the situation, it looks like we will never get a refund from this bunch.

Let's get the facts correct. You did get a refund, the classes weren't cancelled, they were postpone due to the circumstances of the owner being in a coma. They were postponed so the rest of the team who are volunteers and have full time jobs could get a plan together to get trainers to cover classes. Then I had paid the refund out of my own pocket because we had no access to business funds. We had no access to ALL communications but did our best to contact clients. The money we raised through fund-raising for is for kennels for the owners dogs whilst she is in hospital. She has 9 dogs, 2 cats and a bird. All are rescues and the money raised was clearly for alines dogs, not for running costs of the business. You have splashed this same negative and incorrect review on every social medial platform. You praised us the first week of training that you attended and thoroughly enjoyed it, and because you didn't receive a refund immediately you try to defame a small business and threatening to take me to court. That's so disappointing and I hope you are never in the same position.
