These guys are often at my rented house due to my dodgy drains. They are always friendly and fix the problem - have never had to call them straight back.

I recently had problems with my shower not draining and Doherty's came around and spent several hours working on it and then they returned the next day to fix it. All staff were polite (and didn't waste time chatting too long); they just got on with the job and they cleaned up afterwards, no dirty finger marks on my floor or walls.
