When they wash your hair, they include a scalp massage free of charge. The staff are mostly Asian (Vietnamese) but speak English fluently so conversation won't be a problem. It's nice to be at the "quiet end" of the shopping centre, away from all the hustle and bustle of Xmas shopping.

I recently enquired about the "Agony Aunts" dvd which they did not have in stock; they said they would order it and contact me when it was ready. A few days later, they emailed me and said it would be available for collection by 29/6/14; I was impressed with how quickly they got it in store and how quickly they notified me

They replied to my email quickly and were about to reschedule my appointment when my situation changed. They have done my tax in previous years and have always charged me a reasonable price given that I am a low income earner.

I recently had to get one black blazer cleaned; I went to one store and they charged me $18. I thought this was excessive for one item so I went to Marden Drycleaners as I have had a good experience with them in the past. They charged me just $9.95. So it pays to shop around! I was able to use the money I saved on some groceries.

I recently had shoes stretched and they offer a 2nd restretch at no charge if more is needed. They also offer a 10% discount on services such as repairs, stretching, etc. The staff always spend extra time discussing your request.

I recently bought some Swarovski crystal earrings and pendant; I had a lot of bills so the staffer (Wes) let me put them on layby for a couple of months for no extra charge. He then sms'd me when they were due to be collected. This enabled me to budget for them and not miss out on a long-overdue treat.

I recently bought a large flat white (takeaway); the cup size was bigger than most, was served promptly in the busy peak hour before 9am and the staff are always very friendly.

i recently needed to have my lawns done and there are lots of leaves on my lawn/driveway courtesy of a huge tree next door. Dinkum were a bit late getting to my house but they did a very good job of tidying up my lawn and removing these troublesome leaves which go everywhere: all over my paths, in my bushes, on the grass. They saved me a lot of time sweeping them up.

I have been here twice in 2013 and the food has been amazing. Huge serves, incredibly cheap, great service (don't like an ingredient, discuss with staff & they will usually change it). The place is always packed (with lots of Asians which is a good sign); it's a bit of a hidden gem in the middle of suburbia. It's not far from Woodville and Regency Park. Check it out!
