I had vertical blinds installed when I built 4-5yrs ago and was very impressed with the quality and price. They were a little slow in getting the job done but the outcome was worthwhile. I had no problem with going into the store to view all the fabric and colour options as I am able to visualise how things will look and they looked exactly as I had expected.
After getting several quotes done - ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 - we were happy to get Dollar Curtains to do the job. After quotes were done, I took the samples back and have already booked in for installation in 3 weeks (2 better than other places). The girls at Dollar Curtains talked us through all the options for our slim roller blinds and we are looking forward to having them installed in time to get into our new home.

I had a consultant come out to my home for a measure & quote for indoor curtains whom I would like to mention this consultant was a very lovely & friendly lady & did her job extremely really well BUT to my absolute disappointment ' Dollar Curtains & Blinds ' do not bring sample colours with them : (
Which makes no sense as to how on earth is a buyer meant to know what colour curtains or blinds is going to match the inside wall colours of their home.
I was told that I am meant to come into the show to see the colours samples ??
Anyway, it was a useless service, very off putting & we ended up purchasing our curtains through another local company that actually bring the colour samples & fabric samples with them into the home for the measure & quote !!
I guess this is only a problem if you are starting with new ones. If you are just replacing the old you would probably know what color???
Hi Smiles4u, It seems rather strange that the business in question was prepared to go out of their way to visit but not bring any accompanying samples.
