Mark measured up the area and recommended the system. It is cooling my house perfectly. Couldn't fault their service. The system is operating well. It looks well built.

Purchased a split system air conditioner online. Unit was installed last Friday and house is now like an ice box! Freight took 4 days to Brisbane. Would buy from again.

Purchased a Inverted Split System of these guys, found them on the internet. Picked up the system from their Showroom/ Factory. A qualified installer installed system by the book.
Split system starts to make a noise when you turn it on. This happened after 3rd use of system. Installer came out and checked system out. "Could be a bearing in the motor" he said.
Rang Domain Air, Jordan one of the Managers said "Have to look into it and I WILL RING YOU BACK."
Two days pass no phone call. Ring Domain again speak to Manager Mark. "A technician will ring you to confirm a time to come out. I could keep going here, but to cut along story short. These guys use contractors (Technicians) who have no customer service and will not return your calls. Rang Domain Air after two weeks of getting stuffed around. Another tech DID come out after he cancelled two times before. Problem not fixed yet....................
