Absolutely awful

Would never recommend, rip off, so expensive. Sent us our first invoice and a final demand within the space of two minutes, both at 3am. Tried to call, nobody answers the phone. Received a call back from the most unpleasant person person we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Immediately moved our domain to godaddy and couldn't be happier with their service - also paid $23 with go daddy vs their $1045.00 = AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Approximate cost: $1000

Terrible customer service and very sneaky in the renewal process.
I cannot transfer my domain name to another even though I’ve already paid for a renewal.
They want $99 to help with support! What a joke. Terrible company to deal with. Do not recommend at all

Domain was inactive and clearly not in use. Got an email asking to click on a link to renew as domain was due to expire. Auto renew was never set and they can not provide evidence it was.
They charged my debit card anyway as had on their records for previous transactions.
When questioned sent a proforma response advising me to log onto my account which I had previously explained I had no access to.
Domainnames.com.au are total crooks.

Possibly one of the worst companies ever to exist. I think dealing with Isis would be easier as at least their ransom would give results. They hold the domain hostage and ask $99 per hour for "Support" when in fact they are already saying they're providing support, but want more money to talk about the support they provide.

What an absolute horrendous experience. I registered a domain with this company for a 1 year registration, when the year came up, I was charged for another 2 years without any notice. I emailed back and forth for a refund and all I got was rude and extremely unprofessional responses.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Approximate cost: $400

The company gives out wrong EPP (Domain Password) and when asked for correct password, asked for $99 support fees and two years of upfront domain renewal fee ($199)

Nice response
$199 per annum is $3.80 per week, if thats too expensive, then you shouldn't be in business

I asked what the pricing included and that I may choose to transfer to Crazy Domains, and got this smart response...... with tech support like this, I am surprised they are still in business and this clown still has a job

Customer service is woeful. Received a credit card charge that was more than the advertised price. Made contact with them via email, got a bitchy bad attitude reply. Didn't bother pursuing it because it was only a relatively small amount. But changed domain hosting, website and emails as soon as subscription was finished. Also removed my credit card details from my account profile in case they tried to auto-debit my card. Whilst I had no issues with the product that we used, their customer service is pretty bad.

Approximate cost: $700
