Avoid at all costs, take money but don't support your enquiry. Rude, arrogant inaccessible customer service, and we can't even complain to anyone due to the lack of phone numbers on their own website!

Rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. I was mis-sold a hosting product and then repeatedly insulted via email when I had the audacity to seek to complain. Avoid this company at all costs.

One of my clients registered their domain name through this company. My clients were completely baffled by the process, so they asked me to help them out. This company doesn't provide any telephone support and they only send automated responses to your emails. This left me in a horror communication loop that I never thought I'd get out of. When I finally spoke to someone (after several weeks and threatening to do a charge-back on the credit card), the guy was incredibly rude to me. The whole experience was really terrible and I want to get the word out there to avoid this company like the plague. Their marketing positions them as a really cheap option but you pay for it in headaches!!
