The service is really good. Pizza and pasta are so delicious. Dom's Bistro The Specialist is a very good value for my money as well.

I come here with my partner when we can't be bothered cooking (he's a chef so he doesn't cook much at home & I am pretty incompetent in the kitchen!) It may not be the best food around(in saying that it's better than average and wonderfully sized) there are no surprises and you know what you are getting. Unfortunately we came here on Valentines day and my food arrived wrong three times....which is unacceptable....the manager/owner just stated that it's V day and it happens, which isn't good enough as we have spent $$$$$$ there and my partner doesn't want to go back again. They didnt resolve the issue and I am very dissapointed as I really liked this place...

I've been here a couple of times the pastas are nothing special ,meals are quite a decent size.
The ribs,were delicious, meaty,tender. the only downside is i had to share them with everyone else. cheapish cocktails ok service we had to send back a steak because it was overcooked and the next one they bought out was better but not as good as the ribs.

Been coming here for more than 3 years. Never had a bad meal, good variety. Friendly staff. Will be back!

Great Pizza and good restaurant for taking the kids too. They also have a function room for use. Have a great variety of other food if you don't feel like pizza.

Came here a while ago for a celebratory event, and the service and food was quite good! We sat out on the front, on the patio, and it seemed like a nice, quiet place you'd come with the family for a family dinner. Loved it.

Stumbled on this place almost by accident when we were holidaying in Melbourne earlier this year. Looking for a quick dinner but nothing on the room service menu appealed so we headed out and found Dom's.

The food was fantastic. I had the Schnitzel with a pepper gravy - nice and spicy just the way I like it. My wife had a pizza and that was pretty good too.

The serves were enormous, so much that we had to skip dessert.

The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful and the value for money was excellent.

I'll definitely return for a meal next time I'm in the Highett area.

Simple italian food that is great value. Service is solid and friendly but you do get what you pay for.

My mum had been to the resturant before and said it was beautiful, so i decided to try it out, and it was fabulous. Great serive, great quality and great value!
