Very rude staff. I ordered chicken for a party and when I arrived to pick it up as scheduled she had sold out. She said the reason was because they were very busy and told me I would have to wait half an hour for when more would be ready. I had ducked out to pick up the chicken for a party so was very disappointed to hear she had sold my chicken. When I did take the chicken home it was undercooked.

Food is really good but the staff are rude and although you can book for group events there upon arrival they are not setup and double book the area and are unwilling to fix the problem even though they admit it is their fault. Upon finishing your meal they will ask you to leave even if your booking was for a set period of time because they have already taken your money. This occured on 3 seperate occasions and I would never go there again.

Simple italian food that is great value. Service is solid and friendly but you do get what you pay for.

Very rude staff and hence a very disappointing experience. Doesn't say collared shirt required in the dress code but won't let you in without one. Very rude security who favoured regulars.
