I had given up trying to find a decent pizza shop in ballarat.
Some of the mainstream were passable but overpriced and ridiculously small servings.
Then i found the real deal!

Rotten Pizza, Rotten service.

Took over an HOUR to deliver and arrived stone COLD.

Oily, tasteless pizza.

Poor customer service - the girl on the phone couldn't even give me a price when I asked.

No other pizza shop takes over an hour to deliver, even in peak periods, and no other pizza shop delivers COLD pizza.

Don't bother with these amateurs - there are at least 3 other decent pizza places in Ballarat. I would have awarded 1 star but the minimum is 1 star.

Had Don Chichio's for lunch today, great value and delicious. The owner gave us a free garlic bread too, even though we only ordered 1 lge and 1 small pizza. Great service. Old-fashioned pizza shop. We'll be back.

I used to love going to Don Chichios because the pizzas were always fantastic value for money, but lately I've been really disappointed with the pizzas and the pasta. I ordered carbonara once and it arrived full of mushrooms- that was not on the menu. I called and asked for one without mushrooms and it took over an hour to receive it. The pizzas used to be full of toppings but even when I ask for extra olives there seem to be very few, and they always seem to be only on a few of the slices. I haven't returned since the continued poor service and would only return if there was absolutely nothing else open to eat

I use Don Chichios when I want pizza delivered at home. The phone service is fairly matter of fact, meaning that they listen and get the order and other important things right. (It is possible to order online too which I think is a good service.) The service is very professional and the pizza is made with the modifications that I request.

I usually order vegetarian pizzas and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. There are many pasta dishes and desserts available at a reasonable cost too.

Looking forward to many more delicious meals from DC.

I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOVE Don Chichios!
They make great Pizzas and have a range of pastas also
They are never lacking on Pizza topping.
They are great when ordering, always very polite.
Delivery is always with-in the time they estimate.
You also get a free garlic bread at times ;)

this would be by far my favourite pizza place in ballarat. excellent taste and great value for money. can get 3 large pizzas for $20 and free garlic bread 3 out of 4 times when ordering. also when taking my son there a few times they have given him a free jelly in cup. employees have always been polite

Love the pizza's, its good quality bases and not swimming in grease like the pizza chain stores - the chicken tandoori is an all time favourite - greater when you get it with extra sauce, otherwise the Marinara is good value also - a nice seafood mix.

For something different try their chicken and mushroom gnocchi pasta, generous size with all the sauce you could want.

Very clean place, people all wearing hair nets and gloves when making the pizzas.

Good value all around, have meal deal specials that suit singles and even families, chances are you'll have some left over for breakfast!

Great deals! Great, greasy pizza! I love this pizza and the service is great. The staff are a lot of fun and not up-tight or rude.
I recommend the aussie! and even the cheese pizza, not too great with the meatlovers.. not too great at all. But the aussie is brilliant!

You want pizza then you go to this place. if you want REAL pizza then go here too. we do and so should you
