My friend insisted on giving them another try and I was happy I did. Service was swift and our meals were generously portioned with perfectly cooked meat, large selection, very tasty.

You get to eat for a certain amount of time, which is actually a good idea. I know many people that would sit there and not eat for a good while. Restaurant wouldn't be happy, especially if they're working on the turnover model.
Food is good, drinks are good and cooking method is excellent

Average really! My first visit was fabulous, second - not so much. Staff were not so friendly, had to place our order twice as it was forgotten/misplaced, our portions were miniscule, yet tasty. Quite expensive. We left hungry!
