I've been using Dontex since my very first car over 20 years ago. I know that I will also get an honest service at a reasonable price. Now my husband won't go anywhere else either! Any extra request is never too hard and the drop off and pick up hours are so convenient.

We have been getting our cars serviced by Dontex since we moved to Melbourne and are always happy. Cars always run great and the service is friendly.

Have been bringing our cars to Warren and the team at Dontex for years. Service is always prompt and friendly, and we've always found them excellent and just as important, honest. Always let's us know what work is being done if it's more than a usual service, and gives us warnings that "at the next service you'll need to do..." so we don't get hit with a surprise next time we bring the car in. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Finding a fantastic mechanic can be very difficult!!.... Warren at Dontex auto is nothing short of Excellent, with both quality of job, as well as a value for money service.
We have been taking our vehicles, both business and domestic for a number of years now, and would have absolutley no hesitation in recommending Dontex Auto for any vehicle/mechanical needs. We will also continue to take our vehicles there for any arising needds in the future.

I found Warren using WOMO when I needed to find a mechanic close to home. My car developed a water leak one weekend due to corrosion (because previous mechanics had not replaced the coolant fluid-which had become corrosive). Warren was able to see my car at short notice and was able to fix it in a couple of days despite needing to order a replacement pipe from Sydney (and it was a busy week for him). He explained everything he had needed to do and showed me the old pipe. I will be taking my car to Warren in future for it's annual service because trust and reliability are important to my car (and me).

Great service, Warren always explains everything that has been done, in a way that any one could understand. I always feel looked after and kept informed. Have recommended to my friends and colleagues. Cost is always reasonable and well worth every penny.

I've been taking my cars to Dontex Automotive for about 5 yrs, except for last year , when I thought I would take the car to a Branded repairer (same as the car) closer to work. Tried 2 separate repairers for a service and a fix. This was mistake.
I am now back to Warren at Dontex, he is friendly, straight up and wont tell me I need to fix/replace something that doenst need to be done. So when he tells me, you need to fix this, I trust him.

The guys at Dontex did a fantastic job servicing and repairing a few issues on my car. Great customer service as they took the time to explain the work and my options, and showed me the replaced parts when the work was done. And on top of that they were significantly cheaper than anywhere else I've taken the car to before. I couldn't be more impressed.

I have been looking for a reliable, trustworthy and affordable car mechanic place for a very long time now. Booked my car for a
standard 110,000klms service. It was carried out well and in good time. Warren from Dontex in Vermont was friendly on the phone.
For once, I didn't feel like being ripped off at a car mechanic.
I can stop worrying about when my next car service is due.
Warren is a very friendly guy; you get treated the same way he likes to be treated, professionally and with respect. He explains everything from minor and major. I feel like my car and I are in very capable hands with these guys. Price was reasonable.

I will use Dontex again. Much more pleasant than using a Suzuki dealership which I don't think much of nowadays???
