We've been taking our cars to Dontex Automotive Services for about 15 years. We followed Dontex when their business relocated because no-one else has such great personal service. They're honest, ethical and totally reliable. We definitely recommend Dontex if you are looking for a good mechanic.

I booked my car in for a service at Dontex based on the reviews from womo. As a women getting her car serviced you always feel you are just going to be ripped off. However this place is a good old fashioned mechanic. He will tell you what needs to be done now and what you will need to do at the next service, next 20,000kms etc. Very friendly and not intimidating at all - felt like all work that was needed was done and was given suggestions for future work (but didn't feel like it was being sold to me as work he should do!). Will definately be going back for future car services!
