We purchased some external doors through this business - we had to wait a while from the time of ordering to the time of delivery/installation. It was our first time purchasing doors, and for the price that we paid we expected the keys to be keyed alike, and the locks to have latches and a deadlock, instead the doors had separate keys and they were only fitted with deadlocks - we were unable to open/lock them without a key which has been a pain.

The locks have rusted out, my hubby has since replaced a couple of the locks.

Very disappointed with the quality and service, and I would not recommend to anyone, nor would I use this guy again, he wasn't cheap either!

Display doors looked good but I had to buy a custom-made set to replace my existing front doors. It took more than 3 months before it was delivered and installed. The quality and workmanship were way below expectations and the varnish peeled off after just a year. Part of the beading was trimmed off to fit the lock. The knobs and lock were tarnished within a few months and owner said I should have asked for better quality fittings. However, this option was not explained at time of transaction.
