I was tasked with the job of getting solar quotes for our home, not realising what I was getting myself in for! After many calls, emails and visits from various suppliers all with different products, Brian from DQ Electrical was my last quote to receive. Brian was knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation and in “normal language” which was great! After accepting the quote, the process was streamlined and so easy as Don took care of everything! Don was only a phone call away for any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with. After only 6 weeks, Damien and the boys installed our 10kw system and they were amazing! They kept us up to date as the install progressed and left our home clean and tidy (if only other tradies did the same!). It was such peace of mind knowing that the installers were experienced, company employees and not some random third-party contractor. I recently had a solar system installed by The solar Shop, who have since gone into receivership, and no longer whish to give any customer service. Anyway I had a problem with the system not performing, so I called Don, who was one to the original installers of the system. He was happy to come out and inspect and repair the system and got it up and running.
