I've been to see Dr Ong a few times and each time I have seen her she has dismissed every one of my concerns directing it towards 'just stress' or it's because I was doing something different. I was persistent and told her that I knew my body and I was not doing anything different but she was adament that was her diagnosis. I am still living with the same condition I went to see her about because I am yet to find a doctor who actually cares about their patients. A more recent appointment, which was what really drew the last straw with Dr Ong was on a more serious note. She straight up said 'I don't know' multiple times when I tried to inform her of my symptoms etc and yet again, dismissed my concerns. I found out later when I was admitted into hospital that it was a good thing I came in and the medication that she prescribed was doing literally nothing for my case.
Why are you a doctor if you have no empathy and no moral compass to want to help the patients that choose to come and see you? I'm sure plenty more patients have felt this way after seeing Dr Ong but most will not be so aware of writing these reviews as the age group are majorly elderly people. But for the people who are doing their research, I personally would not recommend Dr Ong. She is hasty, unprofessional, distracted and lacks empathy and the heart to help her patients.
Another note, as a doctor, NEVER rush your patients out of your room. That is quite possibly the rudest thing you could ever do.

She's our family doctor and I'm comfortable seeing her. We have been seeing her for 4 years now. She is friendly and knows how to deal with kids. She bulk bills (not greedy).
