We stayed there for 6 days. It was wonderful. It was a 1 bedroom apartment. They had full kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, air-condition. Very clean. Very good price. About 10 mins drive to the city. I won the stay from eBay, cost only about $50 per night. I think the regular price is not far from that. I think they should charge more but I'd better shut up.
I needed a Notary Public to witness my signature for a stack of legal documents that I had to send overseas immediately. He had the best price compared to several other notaries that I called up and he did not charge extra for weekend work. I was only able to see him on Saturday and on such short notice (1 day). I was so glad I found him. He's a very friendly guy and just laughed when he saw the big stack of paperwork I brought him. He works from his home office in Box Hill South after hours and on weekends.
I ordered our wedding bouquet from this shop. Their price is 1/2 (or less) of the cost at other wedding florist shops and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. It's a very small shop but they have the best price and their flowers are just as lovely as the other shops'.
She's our family doctor and I'm comfortable seeing her. We have been seeing her for 4 years now. She is friendly and knows how to deal with kids. She bulk bills (not greedy).
She helped me deliver my 2nd child by natural birth. My 1st was delivered elsewhere via emergency C-section 22 months before my 2nd child's due date and I was afraid she would say I must have the 2nd by C-section this time because of that. So I was very glad that she allowed me to deliver my 2nd child naturally. I am also glad she didn't give me an episiotomy as some doctors do it routinely. I ended up with a small internal tear and no tearing on the outside. The fact that she's a mother of 3 kids makes me feel comfortable being treated by her for my pregnancy. Her charges were reasonable too compared to some other doctors that I've enquired about. $2450 for the delivery, $77 each visit, 1st visit was $245 and all that was before Medicare rebate.
Friendly staff. We all love the short old man with glasses (the boss). Our favourite dishes - you should try it - beef stew noodles, duck curry noodles, goat curry noodles, fishcakes dry egg noodles, special broken rice with grilled beef. Not forgetting the avocado milkshake too.
Approximate cost: $8.50
I really think their low price is too low for such good tasting food but I'm not going to complain. A bit cramped and need to book for lunch or dinner. Always crowded cos it's so good and pretty good price.
I love the ambience, we can see the beach from the window. Pasta was really good. My favourite dish is garlic prawns served with rice. Huge fresh tasting prawns. The portions for all their dishes are huge, so we always order the entree size that cost $14.50. Another favourite order is the fried calamaris.
Approximate cost: $23.50
Me and my husband like their soup noodles that come with a large piece of prawn crisp on top. In Cantonese, we call it "Paat Poh Meen". I'm not sure what they call it in English. The soup base is very nice, comes with 1 large prawn, calamaris, fish balls, chicken meat and different kinds of vegies. The 3 colour drink is very nice too.
Approximate cost: $8.50
I like it that they are friendly when they serve customers, always with a pleasant smile. A business run by husband and wife. Both are very friendly. If you have any health questions and not sure which product for your ailment, you can just ask them. They never make me feel like I'm such a troublesome customer.
