Dr Gassner treated me for kidney cancer from 2015, when I was diagnosed and had my right kidney removed, through to 2020 when I was in remission.
After the initial diagnosis by my GP my wife and I were obviously rather distraught. However, our first visit to Dr Gassner calmed that panic considerably. He has a great “bedside manner”; is immensely knowledgeable and explained things in a calm but direct manner. I walked away from that first visit feeling much more confident about what lay ahead.
His ongoing care through the surgery, recovery and treatment was superb. I have recommended him to friends in similar situations to mine. A wonderful doctor.

I have been visiting Paul Gassner for about 4 years for suspected prostate cancer which has eventually turned out to be an amyloid which is not so common and difficult to diagnose. As with all specialists we are generally not in a position to challenge the advice but his persistence and frank open manner have given me confidence in his ability to deal with my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the size of his queue in Liverpool seems to do the same.

Good Doctor. Knows his stuff, friendly, efficient, helpful and gave me great confidence before my procedure. After seeing another Eastern Suburbs Urologist who was very ordinary, Dr Gassner was first class.

He is a urologist in Liverpool Hospital and has room in both Liverpool and Bondi Junction. I saw him for pain issues and paid him a lot of money. He was not that helpful. I was asked to go to Liverpool Hospital before getting much treatment. I had to wait for a few months for the hospital appointment while i was in the hospital. What a waste of money.

Dr. Gassner is a Urologist and has to be referred to by your General Practitioner. He is well known and experienced and also works in Liverpool and Nowra. He also works in hospitals locally.
