Not pleased with my experience at this place. My treatment has been problematic and time-wasting. This doctor is not a good communicator and doesn't like to engage with patients either.

Their clinic location is quite convenient although not easy to get seen straight away if you are experiencing an emergency, so my advice is to shop around before you commit!

Extremely happy [redacted clinical content]! Excellent orthodontic service and very professional. I went there with 2 toddlers as my neighbour was treated in this clinic. The staff were absolutely amazing in giving extra attention to the kids. Dr Ho was very patient even I asked lots of questions about expander and future treatment. The price is very reasonable with interest free payment plan + family bonus. My dentist gave me a slightly cheaper quote with similar treatment plan. I prefer a specialist to see my kids because I want my kids get the best medical treatment. I can't take risk at all when it comes to anything medical related. The kids are very young and grow fast. To be honest, Dr Ho may not be the best choice in term of price.
But definitely the only one i recommend to others; Dr Ho is a senior at this field.
My friend went to another clinic because of the treatment cost is a bit lower. However her teeth and face get worse after the treatment.
I'm pretty lucky I chose a right expertise for my teeth.

I have my braces treatment in Dr Ho's clinic. Staffs there are absolutely professional; I am highly satisfied with the outcome of my teeth. I am confident with my smile after Dr Ho's treatment.

Do not recommend this doctor. Plenty of issues with him with my ortho work. Does not appear to follow original plan of chosen option and you will end up forking more money during your ortho. His work feels rushed and overlooked at most of the time. He doesn't communicate really well either. His staff are however very lovely. I do see many new nurses over the period of time I was treated. I do regret who I have chosen to do my ortho with amount paid and outcome.

My daughter had orthodontic treatment here. No extra fees despite the time consuming work. They've got a great approach towards modern orthodontics and offer invisible braces too.

The receptionists and the orthodontist himself are very friendly and professional. They do a great job all the time, and always try to help. This is a great orthodontist practice. The clinic is very clean and hygienic, and it can definitely be trusted.

I am extremely happy with how Dr Gareth treated my daughter as a patient from few years ago and are still treating her for her orthodontic needs. The clinic is very clean and the staff there is very friendly and helpful.
