I have been a patient since I was a child and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with her and her compassionate colleagues. I had braces put on when I was around 16 and had them removed at age 18, with fortnightly checks pretty much the whole way between that ensured everything was progressing smoothly. My teeth weren’t too bad to begin with, but are now absolutely perfect after having braces done . Additionally, you’ll find that the other staff members are extremely helpful and genuine, always making sure you’re comfortable when having work done and being briefed before and after. All staff members have always been extremely friendly and caring, and I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I have been to see Ilisa on a few occasions and have always found her to be extremely gentle and explains what she is going to do before it is done. Last time I saw her I had an extraction and was amazed at how gentle the proceedure was in comparison to some of the other dentists I have seen.

I have been going to Ilisa for a few years now. She is so gentle and very lovely. When I first seen her I was so scared- previous experiences in the Dental chair had left me with a fear of Dentists. Having neglected my teeth for years I needed a bit of work done. Ilisa worked out a plan with me, doing one thing at a time so as not to overwhelm me. It took time but by the end of my treatment I was walking into the surgery no worries at all! I now go every 6 months!
Also had to add that the receptionist and nurses are also fantastic- Penny and Michelle in particular!
