I first attended Daphne Ongs’s Dental practice on recommendation ,nearly 20 years ago for check ups and amalgam fillings which I had done as a child by previous dentists.Daphne repaired and improved this and always endeavours to maintain teeth rather than extract .She always thoroughly explains options and charges very fairly and gives options for different dental approaches and explains every procedure .She is a great communicator and is warm and empathetic and very approachable.All members of my family have attended her surgery with the same outcome.Staff are very welcoming and the Practice feels friendly and is always kept in a hygienic clean environment a bright space and also the patient toilet area.
As I work in a different medical field this is something I appreciate as extremely important.From the beginning of the Covid situation this practice has maintained all Covid Health requirements.In my view and personal experience of Daphne Ong’s high level professional skills ,she is an outstanding dentist.

The last time I checked JH Ong didn't work there. And D Ong has been tested for COVID twice already.

I have been to many other dentists before, and no dentists have been as gentle and patient as Dr Daphne Ong. With her caring personality, dental treatments are no longer ordeals but something to look forward to.

I have recently seen Dr Daphne Ong on a couple of occasions, and I have been impressed with her professional manner and the quality of her work. She clearly and simply explains the options available, and what she is about to do during treatment.
The fees are very reasonable, and health fund rebates can be claimed at the time of payment to reduce or eliminate out of pocket costs.
She is by far the best dentist I have been to, and I am happy to recommend her services.
