Dr Flood is truly amazing! He not only has a warm and empathetic bedside manner, he also has an eye for detail which produces fabulous results.

I have had a number of procedures from Dr.Flood since 2003. All of them have been related to sun damage around my face, ears and nose. They include nevus, BCC, SCC and other skin cancers. To say I was apprehensive in the beginning is an understatement. After my initial operation with John I had a result that I was more than happy with as no scar was evident after about 6 months - the site was on my right cheek under my eye so I was extremely happy with that result. John was particularly supportive thought my pre-operation stage, which helped me a lot. Follow-up after my operation was professional, efficient and supportive. More lately I have needed Basal cell carcinomas (BCCs) removed from nose and ears. Prior to each operation I had absolutely no concerns that the result would be 100% and I was proven correct. I found his staff at Hornsby very easy with which to deal and they cared about my feelings and were very approachable and helpful in finding the right times for my appointments. John's professionalism and genuine caring attitude is always evident. I have complete faith in him and his team he assembles for each operation. I would give him the highest recommendation and I would go to nobody else should I require more such surgery in the future.

Called Dr Flood's rooms to make an appointment for one of my children's large disfiguring moles to be removed and I had a GP referral. I was told that the Dr is "far too busy to see us and can only see skin cancer patients who are in high need" and that I'd need a whole new referral to someone else. Interestingly the website heavily features and advertises "breast implants, breast enhancement, breast lift, and breast reduction, liposuction, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), body lift, fat injections, and body contouring and facelift, browlift, necklift, eyelid, chin and cheek implants, wrinkle reduction treatments and more!" Why advertise these services if you only take "skin cancer patients"?? Very disappointing and misleading.
