Went here with young children as a first experience of dimsum. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the whole experience. Lots of fun, and lots of interesting flavours, textures, aromas and sights. Good stuff.

One of my favourite places to come for dimsum in Perth. It is usually quite crowded with people, so be prepared to wait or come early to beat to crowd. The food is tasty and yummy, it is a little pricey but I am always satisfied by the dishes. Came here for dinner on one occasion as well, food was delicious and of a pretty good quality. I recommend coming here at least once to enjoy the dim sum.

Best of the worst. Food in perth just doesn't compare to other cities like Sydney or Melbourne but this place is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Perth that I've experienced so far.

This is one of the usual place for weekends dim sum. The food is not the best but they are average good and maintain a level. I like their salted egg yalk custard bun! try not to have a seat on the 'stage' othrwise you have ended up with limited food only. Service is not good for those tables on the stage.

Approximate cost: $5

This is a highly popular place for dim sum and be prepared to queue on weekends so try to get there early, or have a late lunch. I have dined here a few times, and the general quality of the har gow (prawn dumpling), siew mai (pork dumpling), bean curd rolls, fried squid tentacles, BBQ pork bun, and many other little nibblies were pretty ok. Granted, not the best dim sum I've ever had, but its pretty decent. Service is as expected, brisk. On weekends, you sometimes had to get up and approach the trolley when it comes out of the kitchen, especially if you are seated at a far corner or you will end up not getting your favourite dishes. Each steamer basket will set you back around $5 on average so it can add up.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday. Although there were plenty of Dim Sum carts going around, I wondered how long these dishes had been on the cart for.... fried prawn dish was cold as I bit into it, I could taste the oil it had been fried in.
The restaurant wasnt busy so I got the impression they werent making a lot of fresh dishes, just kept circulating already made dishes.
The best part of the meal was the freshly made watermelon juice, served in a large glass....(but not the worth the $6 we were charged for it).

I went there for dimsum only during weekend. Compared to other restaurant, the portion is much bigger than other restaurant and more choices. The prices are a little bit (about$1 extra) compared to ohter dimsum restaurant. Overall, it's a good place for morning tea.

Perth's best dim sum. It's a little pricey, average paying $1 extra per dish in comparison to other places. However, one cannot beat the range and quality of dim sum here.

Tried most of the dimsum places in Perth, and Dragon is still the best! This place is always packed, especially on weekends. If you wanna go on a Saturday or Sunday, be there at 10am. Otherwise expect an hour wait or so. The only downside is when all table are full, they'll give you a table upstairs where the KTV lounge is. Feels funny sitting on a high chair for dimsum.

I have had dimsum here numerous times and the variety and taste is great. The price is above average, but it makes up for the high quality of food they serve. It is always jam packed so it's best to go early to avoid queuing outside. I also came here once for Karaoke (upstairs), it's quite alright. They have a lot of new and old songs in Chinese and English. Except, I got put off by a cockroach which roamed the room during our Karaoke session. We had the Karaoke room from 11pm-5am which cost approximately $1000 which had a food, drinks and alcohol tab.

This restaurant is really good for dim sum. The quality is good. Great place for larger tables to dine. I think it is a bit more expensive that some others in the area but the setting is probably a bit nicer and more modern. It does get very loud in there though but that adds to the experience I think! The service is very quick too.
