We arrived about 15 mins before closing, looking for something to drink. We were studiously ignored by the waitstaff, until we made it apparent we weren't going anywhere. On asking for a table, we were informed that they were about to close, to which I replied, 'Oh, I thought you didn't close until 4pm'. (Hint, hint).

After 'asking' someone, we were granted a table, and ordered our drinks.

The setting here is really lovely, surrounded by plants, fountains and a pond, and a tranquil setting to relax in. Whilst we didn't eat, the menu looked comprehensive, and the sort of place we would like to return to to try.

Drinks were about $10 each for a glass of bubbly.

The nursery itself was great, with really friendly staff, and a great selection of plants. A much more pleasant place to purchase flora than one of those hardware places.

Used to really like this place, but last time we went it was a disappointment from beginning to end. Our order "went missing" in the kitchen, and then when it had been placed again came out at different times so that by the time the last person got their food, the first couple of people had finished. Not to mention that the food was cold too..very disappointing, such a shame as they have a fab location and the kids love the water dragons. Won't be going again, it's tarnished my view of the place.

Thanks, we were going to go here but we won't bother now! There are a lot of places like this! You find a good one and then for some reason they go downhill(:

Lovely Place, Staff were very nice, Peaceful location over the little pond, Small Playground for Kids to play although not very exciting after a few slides.. Coffee was ok, Iced Chocolate was Amazing and Hot Chips were a little over done but luckily I like them crunchy...
Great spot for a coffee catch up!

Approximate cost: $20

This place is georgeous. I took my mum here for morning tea on her birthday and we were blown away by the amazing food and coffee, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere here is so tranquil.

The food is always beautiful, the coffees sometimes not as much so. The staff are always in a particularly foul mood. It is set in a stunning spot, over a little lake surrounded by water dragons and ducks. If this cafe wasn't so expensive and if we could have got a smile or two from the staff we may have returned, I don't imagine we will though.

The prices are a little on the expensive side but the food is awesome, the setting is brilliant and the staff really can't do enough. Love it every single time we eat here, never yet had a bad experience.

Set on a wooden veranda high above a small lagoon, amidst the lush surrounds of the Eden gardens garden Centre. A beautiful spot for breakfast or lunch. I especially love the morning tea with devonshire tea and the yummy citrus tart. The service is always friendly and they are happy for you to linger. Lovely meals if a little more expensive for a cafe style location. Great treat for visitors as the stroll around the garden centre and gift shop is also a must do.

Overall it was only okay. We waited ages to get served and then to get our order. The coffees were luke warm and they were fairly expensive at $4 each. The scone was alright as well, nice raspberry jam but certainly not enough cream. It was $3.95 but big enough to share. The rest of the menu was quite expensive- for example, a Turkish Bread sandwich was $19 with chips. Desserts ranged between $8-12 but looked pretty nice. We noticed that none of the staff smiled throughout our visit and they were not very friendly. Will never go back there again.
