So happy. Excellent service. They came out the same day to fix what can only be described as a dire situation with a blocked and overflowing toilet, shower and sink. They charged a very reasonable fixed price of $385 to do whatever it took to fix the problem. They even cleaned up the mess and sanitised the area. As a landlord with stressed tenants needing an urgent repair, I was extremely happy and grateful to DrainCo for taking care if it promptly. I wouldn't recommend you spend your money on a plumber who suggests to use a high pressure hose to blast out a blockage. It doesn't work. It's a temporary fix and you'll be calling them out again in 2 weeks time to fix again and spending more money. I've been ripped off before and it cost me way more than the $385 that DrainCo charged me to clean ALL of my pipes and send proof of doing so in video form. They also guaranteed their work for 6 months. Excellent peace of mind and service.
