Was looking for an item and could reach it cause it was up higher. Didn't need to look for a staff person to help me as they came to me very quickly to help. The staff are always bright and bubbly and willing to help. The prices are fair and reasonable and they have a great selection.
I was proved wrong. IGA is consistently cheaper than Coles/Woolies. Their staff provide excellent service and are always cheerful and helpful. The shelves are always stocked when I go and the produce and deli sections always fresh. I've been converted. :)

EXCELLENT! Better than any Coles or Woolies. Great prices and specials and they've got a excelent competition right now! just don't go at 3:30 -5pm its rush hour!
I would like the IGA in Samford Village to reverse their recent decision to sell Daily Newspapers. The community of Samford consists of many small retail businesses like the Newsagent 2 doors away - and one single big retail business like the IGA. The decision to take trade away from the Newsagent reflects poor judgement.
