Love having the vet van come around. I don't have to wrestle pets in and out of cars. They are much more relaxed in their home environment and there is less chance of them catching diseases from other animals at the vet office. All this for the same price as going to the regular vet. I've always found Andrew to be polite, cheerful, never in a hurry to finish up, honest with his advice and quick to help out. He's helped us enormously with our cat who like to get herself into fights and we recently had to farewell an aging dog we were looking after for my husband's mother. He's always professional, kind and honest. Would recommend him to anyone.

I was proved wrong. IGA is consistently cheaper than Coles/Woolies. Their staff provide excellent service and are always cheerful and helpful. The shelves are always stocked when I go and the produce and deli sections always fresh. I've been converted. :)

When I walked in the door with my 2 children I was swooped upon by who I assume was the owner/manager and offered assistance. After explaining what I was seeking I was then pointed in the direction of 2 junior assistants who were standing close by. I then had to explain AGAIN what I wanted to buy.

I wasn't offered any alternatives, I wasn't given a chance to browse the store, I bought 2 flea control products for the jaw dropping price of $120! I felt completely ripped off and after searching the internet I can source these products elsewhere for $75.

I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was in the store. I like the products were thrust upon me with no discussion on how to use them, no opinions on their effectiveness and I walked no further than 6 steps into the store.

I will NOT be going back.

I know Jen and Dave through the local school and they are always happy and friendly. Nothing is too much bother and I've often had an order delivery the day before I expected it. The fruit and veg is always so fresh and the quality is great. You just have to try the deli items. Yummmm. I've had a couple of very minor problems that have been fixed promptly with an apology and a smile. :) Love them!
