Ordered the 13pc Bali outdoor dining table which arrived with stains on the cushions, along with fraying cotton on 4 cushions in total, 2 rips in the cane dining table on either end, and metal covered in rust and dust like it was secondhand condition. To add to all of that, parts of the dinning table do not align with the bolts and screws, making it unsafe and unpractical to use. Contacted the customer service email, who repeatedly advised that they never received my email even after I provided a screenshot of the email from my sent folder. After all the hustle the only resolution from Maureen was to return the item. Very disappointed with the poor quality furniture that arrived to begin with and then a lack of resolution waiting 3 weeks for a resolution while the company held my money. Spend the little bit more and buy from a trusted company.

Received cartons in 2 separate deliveries a week apart. Bedhead does not have hinged storage area. This was the main reason I bought it for my 6 year old grandson. There is nowhere except for the bookcase that you can store items. Very disappointed. Paid to put it together. Took a few hours.

This is the worst company that I ever had to deal with.
I ordered an outdoor modular lounge sofa on the 9th of July 2021. When it arrived after a quite of a delay we realized that we had to assemble it ourselves and then we also found out that one part of the sofa was the wrong one which wouldn't allow us to finish the assembly properly. I contacted them and their support asked us to send them some photos. I did sent them the photos and based on the assembly instructions I have shown them and explained them exactly which part was the wrong one (specified the part number). They kept saying that hey will be sending the part soon but it took several weeks with no results. Then they said that they will send another part, which was not the part I asked them and I explained that they shouldn't send that part because it wouldn't work. They said Ok and they said they will send the correct part, but instead they went ahead and sent again the wrong part with the excuse that it should be the correct part based on the photos which made me realized that obviously they had no idea of their own product. As I said I explained to them repeatedly which part I needed by specifying the part number but obviously they kept ignoring me and at the same time they kept lying to me by saying that they are arranging for the correct part. Here we are now after three months and still they have not sent the correct part and they have not responded at all to my last emails, ignoring me all together. Shame on you, shame on you Dreamo Living.

This is a terrible scamming cheap site
We purchased a 5 piece setting
We where told there is no assembly when we got it it was in 2 boxes and 3 bags of screws
We had to get someone to assemble it
They refused to pay us as it cost us $150 and they even changed the web site that says need assembly
After two days 3 of they covers split really bad and it is one month and we still waiting for the replacement
We have filed a complaint with the Fear Trading
They have another site but again it is a scamming once they get your money the after sale is terrible

I bought a sofa bed from them to replace my old one. Easy to set up. Will use a double bed blanket to cover it makes it warmer & cosier to sit on during upcoming winter.
