I went to try on my dream wedding dress, initially I was advised it was $3000. When we were discussing the final sums and looking at putting down a deposit for the dress the Sales Lady advised that the alterations will be $5000. I can't believe the cost of alterations.! Absolute rip off on alterations.

I saw a dress at the bridal expo and went to see it again with a friend. The sales team were great to fit me in without an appointment. Champagne and Nibbles were served while the dresses were tried on. They were not pushy and very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the ambiance and quality of the service and product. Even though I didn't end up buying my gown here, I would recommend this business.

Saw a dresscence stand at a bridal expo and went to inquire. I was in their shop the next day and received the best service and support. alterations were made well before my wedding day and there were no hiccups which is one of the most important things on a brides wedding day.
