Booked this company for wedding photography and was invited for a photo shoot that the owner executed himself. He did not photograph us in a flattering way at all. Subsequently my fiance and I decided to cancel the service with more than 9 months to the wedding. With no contract or verbal agreement in terms of cancellation, the company withheld approx 20% of our money (as we had almost paid the service in full by then). He would not enter discussions and insisted we can have our money refunded when another wedding was booked on the day. We do not feel that adequate effort was made to find replacement services for the day and still don't have all of our money refunded. Don't touch this company.

I have bought several pets from Kellyville pets. While I think they are really too expensive, I understand that the pets bought from here will be healthy and well adjusted. The cost is just incredibly high.
The bird room is fantastic. There is now plenty of parking and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

We had some fairly unique ideas insofar as our wedding cake goes, they were very friendly, happy to listen, make suggestions and overall great in helping to perfect the look. Their office was lovely and full of books to get ideas from as well as examples of their past work. We were offered a taste test of the available cake flavours and all were moist and very tasty. We decided to book them on the spot.

After having seen the beautiful work on their website, I was very keen to book a trial with this company for my upcoming wedding. I was soon to receive a huge disappointment - after running through our ideas, she seemed quite belligerent about my ideas and couldn't get her head around the style I wanted. She couldn't get curls to stay in my hair and after 4 hours had to give up the trial at midnight as she couldn't get the style right, or anything that looked much like anything. Her attitude was quite shocking and amidst implications that it was all my fault in how I described the style and my hair being too long (just under shoulder blades). The make up was horrible with eyes being made look too round and colour pallettes being wrong for my skin tone. I had to walk away to regain my cool several times during the evening. This unpleasant experience cost me over $300 an left me feeling quite deflated. Needless to say, I booked hair/make up for the day elsewhere.

Met Jhoosh at a bridal fair and was most impressed by the quality of their work vs. the price. They are the epitome of professionalism with a wonderful creative flair thrown into the mix. All communication was on time, they had wonderful ideas and really worked hard to make our ideas come to fruition. So far we have sent out all of our overseas guests invitations and they all raved about how nice they were. Have recommended to another friend who were equally impressed and have booked the service. Jhoosh will definitely be my first port of call the next time I need stationary for any reason.

Burger Fuel, is and remain one of my favourite take away venues. The recipies for the burgers are ingenious and tastes FABULOUS! The food is a little more pricey than your average burgershop, but all ingredients are natural and used in mind with a healthier take away alternative. I love the taste of their Sweet Potato Fries and Aoli.

I have bought my exotic parrot at Kellyville pets. The service was by a boy I thought was still in school, but he was friendly and very knowledgable. He gave us room to go away and think about the purchase. It was disappointing however, how much they were charging us for a bird with a previous owner and some bad habits. We do love our little darling lots though. Kellyville pets also offered a free 3 hour course in Parrot training. Pity it's on a Sunday.
The renovated shop is very neat and tidy making for a better shopping experience. There is also plenty of parking now and staff to service customers. There are plenty of animals here.

I saw a dress at the bridal expo and went to see it again with a friend. The sales team were great to fit me in without an appointment. Champagne and Nibbles were served while the dresses were tried on. They were not pushy and very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the ambiance and quality of the service and product. Even though I didn't end up buying my gown here, I would recommend this business.

I went here to buy an Astra. I test drove the car, the sales assistant was helpful, giving me information. So far so good. When I went into the office to negotiate the price on the vehicle, none of the details given by the sales assistant was the same and he kept changing what he said. When I told the assistant that I didn't like the way he was handling the situation, he got really angry and confronting, leaving me to walk out the door and buy my car elsewhere.

My sister in law bought her wedding gown here and we also ordered all of the bridesmaids gowns from Park Avenue. I thought that the designer and team spent a great deal of time with the bride and groom making sure that everything was just right. There were no hiccups and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The shop is glamorous with plenty of staff and fitting rooms to try dresses. The wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses arrived on time with no issues and the minor alterations were done in the same manner. I would recommend Park Avenue Bridal.
