If I could give lower I would . The owner Brett is the most aggressive, unreadable man I have come across . I used them for a move the quote was nearly $1400 when questioned the receptionist told me it was a quote for $170 ph for 8 hours the move took less than five which included 2 smoko breaks and a food stop at the Milk bar them my fridge that was dragged along my drive way by hand !!! Blew up once plugged in was just laughed at by the owner ! As far as the over quoting that was dismissed also ! I have never come across such an unprofessional, rude man before! I have lost a fridge and paid over $500 extra on moving cost to be laughed at ! I was warned when I used them I should have listened…. Please buyer beware !

I wish Id read your review before I booked the cowboys from Dromana Removals. I had a very similar experience to you and Brett was unhelpful and has completely ignored my communication. Worst removalists ever!
