Dropshipzone is the best Drop Shipping Supplier in Australia, they are friendly, helpful, reliable & are fast to post my orders.
They have a massive range of affordable quality products, & when you sign up you get a personal account executive to handle your queries & over the years we have developed a very strong supportive relationship.

I've been dealing with DSZ for about a year now. They offer a great range of products which I have built my business around. The delivery times are very fast with most orders being shipped same day or next day.
They are efficient in dealing with warranty issues and returns.
Most of the products seem to be very good quality.
Of course I would like some prices to be a little better as I am a very good customer of theirs and I simply can't compete against their parent company and be profitable. However, I can't complain at all as they have become an integral part of my business as my main supplier and my business has grown every month and hopefully will continue well into the future.

Completely UNETHICAL customer service.
Ordered from them and then tell us that the postcode is undeliverable and need to charge us an additional fee of $40.
The postcode is not on their undeliverable list so we question it, but then they tell us that the cost has increased to $140 and we need to pay this extra fee otherwise they will cancel the order.
I mean, seriously...I don't know how this customer service survives in today's market? I guess because its not customer service.
If the postcode was undeliverable then they would not be able to deliver there, but they can actually deliver there so its not undeliverable.
An ethical business would just absorb this cost and change the website so this postcode shows a different freight cost.
NEVER make your issues the customers issues.
WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I been using them for several months and I can't fault them i usually make about 10 to 30 on each sale if do your research on which products that sells well .go out with few days with tracking number.great service could increase there range but i think that come in time . keep it up guys
