Ernie, the technician arrived on time and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful and polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. We would extremely highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Extremely poor customer service. I hope it was miscommunication but I am yet to hear back from Drytron. The cleaner misread the appointment time and turned up 1.15hr early. Spot tested the coach and said it wasn’t worth my while and left without cleaning the rug or any explanation. I called and emailed Drytron but still no follow up or explanation.

I was extremely happy with the service I received yesterday. I had very bad dog vomit stains on my carpet and the drytron employee was very upfront about the expected outcome. He was friendly professional and more than happy to answer my questions and offer advice
