Tony was lovely. He arrived on time, was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The carpets look amazing; I can put off buying new ones for another few years.

Phone call prior to arrival means a lot to me. Excellent explanation of procedure and expected result and no judgement as my carpet is on the older side. Furniture was swiftly moved, and no inconvenience for me at all. The carpet dried quickly and feels really clean. There is no wet or unpleasant smell, just feels fresh and renewed.
